Our Story

CoralLife Founder Ernie Greenwood began his professional journey in 1970, as one of seven shareholders in a successful private company.  Although business flourished, Ernie and his colleagues found themselves asking a troubling question - where were all those pre-tax profits they worked so hard to make?

Recognizing that many other private business owners had the same challenges, Ernie started up CoralLife to provide valuable solutions to limit taxes and access wealth.  And since we opened our doors in 1983, that's been the mission - helping business owners like you discover legal ways to double or triple access to hard-earned, pre-tax profits.
